What Was The Lawsuit About?
The lawsuit argued that Premier Protein Shakes did not include as much protein as their product labeling and advertising indicate. Premier Nutrition Co., which makes Premier Protein shakes, denies it did anything wrong. However, Premier will be re-evaluating its formulations for the shakes.
How Much Money Can I Get?
Most importantly, you can receive up to $1 per Premier protein shake with proof of purchase or $.50 per Premier protein shake without proof of purchase. However, you can only claim up to 40 shakes in this settlement.
