Back in 2015 RedPlum (now RetailMeNot) stopped putting their coupon inserts in my local papers. What! I was devastated. Come to find out the exclusion was only for certain counties and mine was one of them. The reason was Thieves. Yes! Thieves.
Apparently here in central Florida there are so many thieves stealing the inserts to sell online that Redplum decided to pull their coupons from our papers. So for four years I have been ordering them online. How ironic. If you live in one of the areas that the coupons were pulled from, you know my pain.
Well, Last Sunday to my surprise the coupons were back in my paper. I spoke with a representative from the Tampa Bay Times and he said it’s official. They are back for good.
You just don’t know how happy that makes me. No more waiting for my coupons to come in the mail, no more missing deals while waiting on the coupons to come in the mail, no more $6 shipping fees attached to my coupon order. This is a huge saving for me.
